Interior pages are printed digitally in black and white or color. Our most popular paper is our 60# white opaque stock. Other uncoated and coated interior paper stocks and colors are also available for softcover books. Check out the Quote Generator for all of our standard options or Contact Us to discuss more custom options.
We print all covers in digital full color. Our most common cover stock for softcover books is our 12 point white C1S paper, a heavy-weight stock that is coated on one side. We also offer 80# white and 80# natural cover paper stocks. After printing, covers are finished with UV coating or laminated with either gloss or soft-touch matte film for added protection and quality.
Our standard softcover books include the following features and more! Check out the Quote Generator for all of our standard options or Contact Us to discuss more custom options.
Covers are finished with UV coating or lamination to ensure the highest level of quality and protection. We offer two lamination finishes, gloss and soft-touch matte. Our gloss is a shiny finish that gives a smooth look to the cover. Our soft-touch matte finish gives more of a flat visual to the cover and offers a textured feel as well.
Also called "perfect bound" or "trade paperback" this binding uses EVA glue formulated for perfect binding. The minimum page count we can bind is 32 and the maximum page count we can bind is 900.
We also offer a variety of custom soft cover options including inside cover printing, fold-outs, CD inserts and more! Contact Us to discuss the right custom options for you.
Working with Gorham has been simply the best experience for which I could have hoped. It’s my wish that all authors can have the same moment of overwhelming elation when they open a box of their own hardbound books.

This is the third book that Gorham Printing has printed for us. It's of the highest quality and our customers were very impressed. This was our first hardcover book and the binding, paper, and colors are outstanding.
