Every Cover PDF that arrives goes through a PDF review process to check that all the Cover Layout Requirements have been met. This includes cover size, bleed area, spine width, image resolution, etc. (editorial issues such as grammar, spelling and content are NOT reviewed). Your first Cover PDF review and first online proof (upgrade to printed proof is available) are included your quote.
If the Cover PDF does not meet the Cover Layout Requirements, the prepress will notify you via email with the error. Depending on the error, you will have the options to submit a new Cover PDF at no charge for the first resubmission before proofing and/or opt for PDF Assistance ($25).
After you receive your proof, you may make changes and supply a new Cover PDF with an updated proof for the cost below.

Gorham Printing is a printer not a publisher, which means your files are owned by you. We can send you any of your files that we have archived. We will send you the PDFs, any native files we may have, and package InDesign files.
We ask that you allow 3-4 business days to give us time to gather all your files and send them to you. If you request a CD or USB it will be mailed out USPS Priority (2-3 additional business days). Full payment must be submitted before files can be sent out.
