Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in Gorham Printing Sales Tools.
Gorham Printing Sales Tools are designed as an aid for our customers to sell books. We make no claims as to the success of our customer's benefit from these sales tools.
Gorham Printing is not liable for any loss of revenue or profits or business interruption arising from connection with this agreement. Additionally, Gorham Printing will not be liable if for any reason the Gorham Printing website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Further, Gorham Printing's aggregate liability arising in respect to this agreement will not exceed at any time the total amount the customer has paid under this agreement.
The initial fee for Gorham Printing Sales Tools is $120.00 for the first 12 months of service. (Pricing as of 10/1/2016, subject to change.)
This is for one web page containing one book title per page, hosted on the Gorham Printing website, by which orders for your book can be placed.
During the initial 12 months, Gorham Printing may discontinue the Gorham Printing Sales Tools at any time, at our sole discretion. Gorham Printing may also change our policies or operating procedures for these programs at any time, at our sole discretion. If for any reason we elect to discontinue Gorham Printing Sales Tools during the first 12 months, we will refund $10.00 per month based on the remaining months of the agreement. Fees and payments associated with this service are non-refundable if service is canceled by the customer.
The renewal fee for Gorham Printing Sales Tools is $60.00 per year and includes:
Gorham Printing maintaining your web page for an additional 12 months, after the initial 12 months. (Pricing as of 10/1/2016, subject to change.)
During the renewal period of 12 months, Gorham Printing may discontinue Gorham Printing Sales Tools at any time, at our sole discretion. Gorham Printing may also change our policies or operating procedures for these sales tools at any time, at our sole discretion. If for any reason Gorham Printing elects to discontinue Gorham Printing Sales Tools within the 12 month renewal period, we will refund $5.00 per month based on the remaining months of the agreement. This refund is based on the web page only. Fees and payments associated with this service are non-refundable if service is canceled by the customer.
The design and visual appearance of the web page used for the sale of your book is created by Gorham Printing. This is to maintain a uniform look within the Booksite. The design and visual appearance of these pages may be changed or updated from time to time without notice, by Gorham Printing. Design and appearance modifications are not permitted by you, the customer, however, editorial changes to content are allowed. These changes can only be made by Gorham Printing. Changes to content on your web page is $92.00 per hour.
For the Booksite option only (with no order fulfillment included) the user is responsible for filling orders of all book purchases. With this option, Gorham Printing is not responsible for filling orders, storing books, shipping books or delivering books to your customers.
When enrolled in Gorham Printing Sales Tools we may use your email address to send you, the customer, information about further product or service updates in regards to this program. You can opt out of these notices at any time. Gorham Printing does not make any other use of your contact information without your consent.
Gorham Printing will send all notices and communications to customer at the e-mail address provided to us. Customers must send all communications concerning this program to Gorham Printing, marketing@gorhamprinting.com
Customers are responsible for providing up-to-date contact information.
You, the customer, are solely responsible for collection all sales tax, when and where applicable.
