This book is so full of wisdom. I dropped it in amazement of “ah haw” moments as I read it
I have been reading your Leadership book. This is a great book. You did a really good job. Even though it is about references to ladies shoes, this book resonates with all those in leadership roles.
Please trust me when I tell you this is the most well thought out, deep in meaning and context, and approachably written leadership book I’ve read (and I have read a lot).
The metaphor of shoes is simply so brilliant, and it brings in a celebration of womanhood in a delightful way.
If I had any critique, and it’s minor, is that you should expand this out into more books. It’s almost so dense with advice and approachability that a reader needs to pick it up, and put it down, and then pick it back up again.
That’s not a bad thing, instead it’s a testament to how much farther you can go with this. This book needs to be in the hands of young women everywhere.
I’ve never been prouder than today to be named Karen.
Sincerely, this is phenomenal.
I wanted to share that today I finished your book . Loved the sections at the end of the chapters titled assess, act and next steps. The readable bit size chunks and part memoir part story collections. You don't sugar coat the necessary gratifying hard work. It is a girl's handbook!
